SUPPORT
Model Availability and Colour Note: If items are listed as UNAVAILABLE, that is a limitation of the system I am using - those are available, just reach out through Contact.
Almost all the models listed in the shop have already been printed and are ready to ship, so the photo is of the actual model you will receive. In some instances, the photo's colour is slightly different from the actual colour of the model. If you want the model printed in a custom colour, you can make that request through the Contact page but know that it will take time (days) to print and cure the model. ShippingShipping is free but will take time depending on where you live - perhaps not the expedited shipping you are used to from other vendors.
Maintenance of 3D ModelsThe resin used in the 3D printer is UV activated, and the models are fully cured when sent. The models should be placed indoors. Avoid direct sunlight since that has large doses of UV light and will over-cure the prints making those brittle and may even cause the models to break over time. Minimal direct sunlight would probably be okay. Some models use water-washable resin, so avoid extended contact with water.
Painting 3D PrintsThe models are unpainted (unless specified otherwise) and are displayed in their natural resin colour. Most people prefer this look. It is possible to paint those. It is recommended that you lightly sand (with very fine sandpaper), prime and then paint several light coats for best results. The models are smooth out of the printer, but it is possible for there to be minor artifacts affixed that you might want to sand off. Search for tutorials on the Internet for details on how to paint resin prints. Custom painting can be negotiated.
